How to Get Quotation

Last Updated: May 2026

Follow these step-by-step instructions to navigate the Dashboard and Geometry Page to successfully generate your final Excel quotation.

1

Log In to Dashboard

Once your account is verified and you receive an approval email, go to the main webpage and click Log In. Enter your credentials to access your Contractor Dashboard.

2

Upload Architect PDF

In the Dashboard, upload your certified architectural PDF plan. The file size must be under 10MB.

3

Software Processing Engine

Wait patiently for 1 to 5 minutes while the software extracts structural geometry and identifies elements. Do not close or refresh the window during this process.

4

Geometry Page: Set Scale (Crucial Step)

Once processed, the Geometry Page will open. Your first step is to calibrate the measurement scale. Click Set Scale, then click on two known points on the PDF plan and enter the distance between them. This calibration is mandatory for accurate material calculation.

5

Geometry Tracing Options & Accuracy

You have three choices depending on how accurate you want the final quote to be:

Option A: Quick Quote (85% Accuracy)

Simply click Finalize immediately without tracing. This relies entirely on the software's estimation of the footprint.

Option B: Standard Quote (~90% Accuracy)

Trace the external walls of the plan (which is highly recommended), and trace only the major internal walls. Then click Finalize.

Option C: Highest Accuracy (~95% Accuracy)

Meticulously trace all external walls and all internal walls. Then click Finalize. This yields the most professional, accurate material quantities.

6

Multi-Story Plans

If the plan has multiple floors, complete the tracing procedure for the Ground Floor first (external then internal tracing). Then, click to select the First Floor, and repeat the same procedure. Do this for all floors before clicking Finalize.

7

Download Excel Quote

After clicking Finalize, your highly-professional Excel file will automatically download. At this moment, 1 credit will be deducted from your account balance.

8

Understanding Excel Color Codes

Your final Excel quotation uses a color-coding system to help you understand the certainty of the pricing:

GREEN

Item and price successfully verified against the database.

YELLOW

Item found, but uses an estimated/average regional price.

ORANGE

Item found but currently has no price assigned (usually unpriced labor or custom new items). You must manually price these.
