These Terms of Service explicitly state that the GnA Fast Quote App is a "Software-Assisted Estimate Tool," and GnA Fast Quote holds zero liability for final calculations. Users must independently verify all mathematics, quantities, and estimates.

Any person accessing this Construction App ("User") is subject to, and agrees to, the terms and conditions set out in this legal notice. If the User does not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, the User may not access, display, use, download, and/or otherwise copy or distribute content obtained on this Construction App.

Users may view, copy, download to a local drive, print, and distribute the content of this Construction App, or any part thereof, strictly for non-commercial informational or reference purposes to serve their customers.

While the estimates generated aim for a high degree of accuracy (up to 95%), the information, ideas, and estimates expressed on this app should not be solely relied upon as guaranteed professional advice. Users are strictly required to double-check all advice, quantities, and mathematical calculations before taking any course of action.

GnA Fast Quote expressly disclaims all implied warranties, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, title, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security, and accuracy. This app is provided on an 'as is' basis.

Software & Hardware Compatibility:GnA Fast Quote is optimized for modern, up-to-date web browsers and hardware. We do not officially support very old software (e.g., outdated versions of Firefox, Chrome, or Safari) or legacy hardware. It is the sole responsibility of the User to ensure they are using the latest stable versions of software and compatible hardware to avoid performance issues, freezing, or upload failures.

The use of the content of this Construction App is solely at the User's own risk. GnA Fast Quote will not be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or any other damages whatsoever relating to the use of this app, its documents, or its information.

4. Security & Privacy

Reasonable commercial standards of technology and operational security are in place to protect all information provided by users from loss, misuse, alteration, or destruction. We use cookies to ensure the App is well-managed. Personal information is used only for limited purposes and will not be shared with third parties without the User's explicit consent.

5. Cancellations, Credits, and Your Data

Canceling Your Account & Recurring Fees:
We’d hate to see you go, but you can cancel your GnA Fast Quote subscription whenever you need to instantly via your Dashboard. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis; it is the user's responsibility to cancel their subscription via the dashboard to stop future automatic deductions. No email notice is required. Once you cancel, you will still be able to use your account and any features you've paid for until your current active monthly cycle ends.

How Your Credits Work:
As long as your monthly subscription is active, any credits you don't use will automatically roll over into the next month.

What Happens When You Leave:
Privacy and data security are important to us. Because of this, once your cancellation goes into effect and your paid period ends, your account and all associated data, including any leftover credits, are permanently wiped from our system. If you decide to come back to GnA Fast Quote later, you will need to set up a brand-new account from scratch.

6. Updating of These Terms and Conditions

GnA Fast Quote reserves the right to change, modify, add to, or remove portions or the whole of these terms and conditions of use from time to time. Changes to these terms and conditions will take effect immediately upon such changes being posted to this Construction App.

It is the User’s obligation to periodically check these terms and conditions at this Construction App for changes or updates. The User’s continued use of this Construction App following the posting of changes or updates will be considered notice of the User’s acceptance to abide by, and be bound by, these terms and conditions of use, including any such changes or updates.
