How to Register

Welcome to GnA Fast Quote. Follow these steps to successfully register and activate your contractor account on our platform.
Sign Up
Click the Sign Up button on the main webpage to begin the registration process.
Basic Details
Fill in the Contractor Application form with your Full Name, Company Name, Company Address, Email Address, and choose a secure Password (must be at least 8 characters containing an uppercase letter and a number).
Company Logo
Upload your company's logo. This will be used to professionally brand your generated Excel quotations. (Formats: JPG or PNG, Max size: 3MB).
Legal Credentials
Enter your valid 10-digit SA Tax Number and your 10-digit NHBRC Registration Number.
NHBRC Certificate
Upload a clear copy of your official NHBRC Certificate. (Format: PDF only, Max size: 4MB).
Submit Application
Click Apply for Account. Note: If your account fails manual verification, a 20% banking and administrative fee is retained from your payment.
Select Subscription Plan
Proceed to the Pricing page to select and securely pay for your desired monthly subscription plan via Paystack.
Pending Verification
You will be redirected to the "Pending Page". Your credentials now undergo strict manual vetting by our admin team, which takes up to 48 hours.
Approval & Log In
Once verified, you will receive an approval email. You can now return to the main webpage, click Log In, and start generating professional quotes!
